The Tanzania Agricultural Development Bank (TADB) has invited farmers to visit its Nane Nane pavilion in Simiyu Region.
The Tanzania Agricultural Development Bank (TADB) has invited farmers to visit its Nane Nane pavilion in Simiyu Region.
TADB Managing Director Mr Justine extended the invitation through a press release issued here yesterday.
The bank he said will use the
opportunity to provide information that will help farmers to make good use of
its services.
The
bank has sent its workers at Nyakibindi grounds in Bariadi district,
Simuyu region where Nane Nane festival is taking place at national level this
year.
“We shall have a heavy presence at our pavilion in Nyakabindi grounds. We are happy welcome farmers and other stakeholders to visit our pavilion so that they can understand the kind of
services TADB offers in order to modernise agriculture “, Mr Justin said.
He said the bank is committed to promoting value chain of products in agriculture, livestock and fisheries sectors.
In so doing so that Tanzanian industries
will have quality raw materials produced locally, he said.
The bank thanked Simiyu Regional Commissioner (RC) Mr Anthony Mtaka for his
personal involvement in preparing the region for the 2019 Nane Nane occasion.
